What is the standard shipping time for orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Due to PACT Act regulations, shipping for vaporizers can take between 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Does my Puffco device come with a warranty?
Yes, all electronic bases (Peak, Peak Pro, and Proxy) are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. Atomizers are considered consumable parts and are not covered once used.
How do I clean my device for optimal performance?
We recommend cleaning your chamber after every use with a cotton swab. For a deep clean, submerge the chamber and glass in 99% Isopropyl Alcohol for 20 minutes. Never submerge the electronic base.
What is your return policy for used products?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been used or opened. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Why is an adult signature required for delivery?
In compliance with federal law regarding the shipping of electronic vaporization devices, all deliveries must be signed for by an adult aged 21 or older with a valid government ID.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Please note that we cannot accept gift cards or certain digital wallets due to industry regulations.
